Senior Store Manager.

We have partnered with a well-established Luxury Menswear brand who are currently looking for a passionate, dynamic Senior Store Manager in Milton Keynes.

Your duties as a Senior Store Manager will include:

• Maximising sales and the potential of staff
• Ensuring all staff are trained and competent in using store systems
• Managing stock / inventory
• Assisting with the implementation of all new policies and procedures
• Providing excellent customer service and leading by example

Some Requirements:

• Solid experience of working in a Store Management position with a track record of building business and attracting local customers
• Experience of working within retail [preferably fashion retail]
